Our Vision & Purpose

Preach the Gospel

As stated in Acts 4:12,  “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Our vision is to spread the gospel to all nations, as Christ commanded in the Great Commission.   Our “Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and end of the earth” begins in Orange County, CA and reaches outward to Cambodia, our native land.  Welcoming all tribes and tongues, we hope and pray for God’s name to be glorified and for his church to triumph.

Mission Statement: To love God, love his Word, love one another, and love lost souls

Like the first church in the book of Acts, we are devoted “to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” Acts 2:42.  We honor and uphold Christ’s command in John 13:34-35, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.  By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

What we do:

  • Worship God
  • Study the Bible
  • Build up and edify one another
  • Provide for the Needy

Who We Are

Our Team & Leadership

Our church leaders are faithful men and women who love the Lord,  his Word, his church, and lost souls. They devote their lives to honor God and eagerly serve the church whenever and wherever  needed, understanding that the church functions as one body in the spirit of love, submission, and unity.

We uphold the Bible’s teaching on church leadership, in which God ordains godly men to teach and lead the flock, and they appoint deacons to oversee the functions of the church. It is in this manner that we organize our duties and responsibilities so that the needs of the church are cared for and the preaching is prioritized (Acts 6:3-4).  Please feel free to contact any of us should you have any questions or requests. We’d love to meet with you.

Our Pastor: Adam Amarith

Our Pastor: Adam Amarith

Senior Pastor

Pastor Adam Amarith’s love for the Lord, knowledge of the Word, wisdom, leadership skills, and remarkable pastoral love for the church are all tremendous blessings to our congregation. He preaches bilingually in English and Khmer, and tends the flock in Orange County, CA, as well as in the mission churches in Cambodia. Pastor Adam teaches us to love and fear the Lord, and provides us with biblical counsel for godly living. After graduating from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, CA, he continues his pursuit of theology by studying Scripture daily, and sharing his findings with the church. Pastor Adam and Sana have four lovely children: Daniel, David, Hannah, and Esther. They have also adopted countless children of the faith and serve as spiritual parents and mentors and are a blessing to the community.

Let Us Love One Another
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.  By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

 Our Beliefs & Values

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God, able to teach, correct, build up, edify and train up believers to be godly and to know God. We hold fast to the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith: The Sovereignty of God, The Holy Trinity, The Deity of Christ, Salvation by Grace Alone,  Man’s Total Depravity, Election, Justification, and Sanctification of the Saints, The Universal and Local Church, and Christ’s Second Coming.

Scripture

2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

2 Peter 1:20-21 ESV
Knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone’s own interpretation. For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews 4:12 ESV
For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

2 Timothy 4:2-3 ESV
Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.

Matthew 24:35 ESV
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.

The Holy Trinity

Our God is one God. Each member of the Holy Trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit,  is fully God and equal to each other. We worship this one holy God whose very nature and being is beyond our finite minds’ comprehension.

 Deuteronomy 6:4 ESV
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.

 2 Corinthians 13:14 ESV
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

John 14:26 ESV
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.

1 Peter 1:2 ESV
According to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and for sprinkling with his blood: May grace and peace be multiplied to you.

Romans 1:3-5 ESV
Concerning his Son, who was descended from David according to the flesh [4] and was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Deity of Christ
